VISION: The MSc. in Applied Psychology is to provide students foundational training in the study of psychology with the goal of glorifying God by understanding and optimizing human functioning. MISSION: The Master of Science in Applied Psychology program prepares students for careers in counseling or industrial and organizational psychology, or for doctoral studies in these fields. The state-of-the-art curriculum provides grounding in psychological theory, research knowledge and skills, ethics, multicultural competencies, and evidence-based practices. Principles drawn from biological, cognitive, and behavioural psychology are learned and applied in seated and hybrid classroom course instruction, independent studies, participation in faculty research, international coursework, theses, and supervised, hands-on experience in practical and internships.
