On Friday, 17th July 2026, the Council of The University of Bamenda met for its 29th Ordinary Session to review the institution's financial performance and operational progress. During the meeting, the Council successfully examined and adopted the administrative and management accounts for the 2025 financial year, while also approving an additional budget of 23,750,000 Francs CFA for 2026 to support ongoing developments. Furthermore, the Council extended its warm congratulations to the Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar, and their teams for delivering a successful 2025/2026 academic year despite significant challenges, and expressed its sincere gratitude to national authorities for their continuous support.
