Medical Exams: Close To One Thousand Candidates Write In UBa

Hundreds of candidate aspiring to gain a spot in the annual selection of candidates for training as Medical Doctors by the Cameroon government have sat for the exams in the University of Bemenda today.

Hundreds of candidate aspiring to gain a spot in the annual selection of candidates for training as Medical Doctors by the Cameroon government have sat for the exams in the University of Bemenda today. This follows a hitch free written part of the exams that took place across Amphi theaters under the close supervision of Faculty and university officials. According to a list made public ahead of the exams some 780 candidates are sat for the general medicine, over 10 students for Pharmacy as well as Odontostomatology. The Dean of the Faculty of Health Science in The University of Bamenda, Professor Gloria Ashuntantang as well as a host of faculty officials made routine rounds at various halls from start to the end of the exams which have been described as hitch-free. It should be noted that after the written phase of the said exams, the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education shall then publish a comprehensive list of candidates retained for training into the various universities.
